Paul Quinn – CEO, Career Architect & Host of The Quinntessential Questions Podcast

“No career journey is a straight line.”

Meet Paul — Podcast Host | Executive Search & Career Strategist | Adventurer | Family Man

Paul is the Founder of Westport Partners, an Executive Search and Career Coaching Firm working with high-performers and organisations across the globe. He helps leaders shape their next chapter — whether that’s a new role, a clearer narrative, or a renewed sense of purpose.

He’s also the host of The Quinntessential Questions Podcast, where guests ranging from CEOs and Olympic Athletes to Entrepreneurs and Martial Artists speak candidly about what it really takes to build something meaningful — and how they navigated the challenges along the way.

When he’s not working, Paul’s typically with his family - often getting outplayed by his daughter on the basketball court, in the gym or editing podcast episodes that went longer than planned (because the best stories usually do).

What Sets Paul Apart

  • Built a business from scratch. Grew it across continents. Still answers his own emails.

  • Spots potential fast — but always gives people the space to be heard properly.

  • Thinks like a strategist. Speaks like your mate. Brings order to career chaos without the corporate jargon.

  • Cuts through the noise with direct, thoughtful questions — and listens for the stuff that’s usually left unsaid.

Why the Podcast Exists

The best parts of a career — and a life — rarely fit into a job title or LinkedIn headline. Paul launched The Quinntessential Questions to explore the stories that don’t get told: the setbacks, the pivots, the truths people often keep behind the curtain.

Real success isn’t polished or predictable. It’s messy, personal, and earned. Paul’s most interested in what happens after the fall — and how people rise when they’ve hit rock bottom.

Isaac Yeo: Producer, Strategist & Digital Architect, The Quinntessential Questions Podcast

Meet Isaac — The Engine Behind the Mic.

While Paul brings the voice, Isaac is the force that makes it all happen. As the producer of The Quinntessential Questions podcast, he’s the quiet powerhouse behind the scenes — filming, editing, and refining every episode to ensure that each story not only sounds good but feels right.

From camera angles to final cuts, Isaac leads the full production workflow with precision. He also runs point on the podcast’s digital presence — curating clips, managing socials, and keeping the website sharp, smooth, and always on-brand.

But Isaac’s work doesn’t stop at the studio door.

As a key part of the Westport Partners team, he supports high-level executive search operations across Asia, driving research and market intelligence that fuels strategic outreach and deep talent mapping. He’s the guy who knows who’s hiring, who’s moving, and what that means—for clients, candidates, and the bigger picture.

With a unique blend of creative vision, tech chops, and talent market savvy, Isaac brings the same care to a CV layout as he does to a podcast cut. Over the last five years, he’s worked with global banks and top-tier firms to deliver insights, strategy, and standout collateral that moves careers forward.

In short? Isaac’s the kind of guy who makes sure the story gets told—and that it lands with impact.
