After a distinguished 35-year career in global banking operations—holding senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Bankers Trust—he transitioned into the culinary world, following his passion for pastry and boulangerie.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London and Bangkok, Mohamed combines refined technique with creative flair, drawing on both his professional discipline and artistic instincts. His mission is to evoke nostalgia and spark joy through elevated desserts that bring people together—one spoonful at a time.
