From being born in India, to growing up in Singapore, living in Hong Kong, and now Australia, Pauline Howard has lived a truly international life.

She is the author of ‘A Singapore Girl Cooks Abroad’ — a collection of nostalgic recipes that remind her of home and now inspire her grandkids to cook!

Aside from being a talented chef, Pauline is also an Interior Designer whose clientele includes Indian Businessman Vijay Mallya.
